Norooz Clinic Foundation
The Norooz Clinic is dedicated to reducing mental health stigmas in the community and providing affordable mental health services to all. These include individual, family, & couples therapy, psychological testing, virtual reality (VR) therapy, EMDR treatment for trauma, educational presentations, mental health advocacy through community events, and internship programs.

OC Asian & Pacific Islander Community Alliance
OCAPICA Project HOPE provides no-cost mental health services to children and adolescents ages 0-18 (and families) who are at risk or currently experiencing mild/moderate mental health symptoms. It also has Project FOCUS, a full-service partnership/wraparound program, which provides case management, counseling, and other supportive resources for children, TAY, and their families.

The Connection Between Depression and Drug Addiction
South Jersey Recovery is a free web resource that provides information about addiction, eating disorders, and mental health issues. Depression and addiction often co-occur, and each disorder can worsen the other. Treating both conditions simultaneously is often necessary for long-term recovery.

Calworks
The California Work Opportunity and Responsibility to Kids (CalWORKs) program provides cash benefits for the care of children in need when one or both parents are absent, disabled, deceased, or unemployed. If you are eligible for CalWORKs, you automatically qualify for Medi-Cal and you might qualify for CalFresh (formerly known as Food Stamps) as well.

Cold Weather Emergency Shelter
The Orange County Cold Weather Emergency Shelter is a seasonal program (usually November – April) that is normally operated at the California National Guard Armory site in Santa Ana. The program provides overnight shelter to individuals that are vulnerable and exposed to the outside weather elements and provides essential services that include nutritious meals, warm showers, a safe place to sleep, clothes, supportive services, and a friendly atmosphere.
